Complaint Reporting

Amended Program (2014-2024) The Amended Program is a residential noise mitigation program related to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) that began in March 2014 under the terms of an amended legal agreement (Consent Decree) between the MAC, the cities of Richfield, Minneapolis, Eagan; and the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. When you fly to the Twin Cities, you'll most likely fly into a facility operated by the Metropolitan Airports Commission. The agency operates Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), along with six smaller, reliever airports in the Twin Cities area.
